Allan Grafman
Director, Chairman of the Board -
Mr. Grafman has served as one our directors since April 11, 2007. He is currently the President of All Media Ventures and has been an operating partner of Mercury Capital Partners since 2005. Previously, Mr. Grafman served as President of Archie Comics Entertainment and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Hallmark Entertainment. From 1983 to 1996, he served as Vice President at Tribune Entertainment.

Jesse Sutton

As CEO, Jesse Sutton oversees all aspects of our day-to-day operations. As a Majesco co-founder, Jesse brings to our company more than 20 years experience in business management and has been instrumental in developing and overseeing all of Majesco's key strategic alliances.

Louis Lipschitz

Mr. Lipschitz has served as one of our directors since April 20, 2004. From February 1, 1996 to March 2004, Mr. Lipschitz served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Toys "R" Us, Inc. He currently serves on the board of directors of The Children's Place Retail Stores, Finlay Enterprises, Inc., Forward Industries, Inc., and New York & Company, Inc.

Laurence Aronson

Mr. Aronson has served as one of our directors since November 4, 2004. From 2003 to the present, Mr. Aronson has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cartwheel LLC, a marketing services company. From 2000 to 2003, he was the President of North American Sales and Customer Marketing at Revlon. Prior to that he held senior leadership positions at Procter & Gamble and Warner Lambert/Adams USA.

Keith McCurdy
Director

Mr. McCurdy possesses over 20 years of digital media industry experience. He is currently CEO and co-founder of Vivaty, a web platform and online service for highly immersive, personalized, and easy to use 3D virtual worlds easily accessed in the web browser and integrated with existing web communities and content. Previously he was CEO of Blaze Entertainment, where he built the company into a global mobile publisher, distributing mobile games on 100 carriers worldwide. During a 10-year career at Electronic Arts (EA), a leading interactive entertainment software company, Mr. McCurdy held several senior positions including Vice President of Product Development, Vice President of Technology, and Vice President of Online. Mr. McCurdy founded EA's Online Division, leading the company's strategy and technology effort onto the Internet. As Vice President of Technology for World Wide Studios, Mr. McCurdy was a member of the Office of the President where he played a key role in the company's M&A efforts, strategic relationships, and platform transition strategies.

Stephen Wilson

Mr. Wilson has served as one of our directors since May 1, 2006. He is currently a partner with Camelot Equity Partners. From May 2001 to February 2006, Mr. Wilson was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative officer at Footstar, Inc. He has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bridge Information Systems, Reader's Digest Association and RJR Nabisco. His additional prior experience includes senior management and financial positions at Cadbury Beverages North America and Pepsico Inc.
