Jesse SuttonAs CEO, Jesse Sutton oversees all aspects of our day-to-day operations. As a Majesco co-founder, Jesse brings to our company more than 20 years experience in business management and has been instrumental in developing and overseeing all of Majesco's key strategic alliances.
Michael VeseyMichael Vesey is the company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Vesey joined Majesco in May 2006. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer at Nuvim, Inc., a maker of dietary supplement beverages. Mr. Vesey's experience includes more than 20 years of senior financial management positions in the software and wireless industries at BellSouth Wireless, Dynamic Mobile Data and Mobilemedia Communications. He is a certified public accountant and holds a BBA from Pace University.
Chris GrayChris Gray is the company's Senior Vice President of Production. Mr. Gray has more than 25 years of experience in the games industry including a 9 year tenure at Electronic Arts as Vice President and Executive Producer of their Hasbro business unit. Mr. Gray has also held production and creative roles at a variety of interactive companies, including Artech Studios and his own studio, Gray Matter Inc. He has worked on popular, award-winning titles, including Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone™, EA's NASCAR franchise, Littlest Pet Shop™ and the video game classic Boulder Dash.
Adam SultanAdam Sultan is responsible for our business and legal affairs, including oversight of outside counsel, business negotiations and agreements, protection and management of our intellectual property rights, litigation and corporate governance, among other functions. Prior to joining Majesco, Mr. Sultan was in private practice with Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. in New York. Mr. Sultan received his law degree from Fordham University and completed his undergraduate education at Rutgers University.
Jason DuttonJason Dutton has more than 15 years experience in the interactive entertainment industry. As Vice President Europe, Mr. Dutton is responsible for all commercial and marketing activity, product development and strategic growth in Europe. Mr. Dutton's previous roles have included European Communications Director at MicroProse, European Marketing Communications Director at Hasbro and Worldwide Director of Marketing at Static - where he directed the launch of the first digital interactive TV games channel in Europe. Mr. Dutton has been involved in the creation and marketing of some of the industry's best known franchises including BloodRayne, Geoff Crammond's F1GP, Civilization, Worms, Falcon, X-com, Action Man and Star Trek.
Joseph SuttonAs the Vice President of Research and Development, Joseph Sutton is responsible for Majesco's product acquisition, design strategies and quality assurance. Under his guidance, Majesco has transitioned its product lineup to include digital entertainment products aimed at the mass market.
